How long does the motor take to charge? and how long can it be used with a full charge?

The motor takes approximately 5-6 hours to fully charge. Once fully charged, it can be used for 4-6 months.

Which Apple devices are compatible with the Thread or Matter motor?

The Thread or Matter motor is compatible with Apple devices such as the HomePod (2nd generation), HomePod mini, and Apple TV 4K (2nd generation/3rd generation 128 GB). Please note that the HomePod (1st generation) and Apple TV (1st generation) do not support these motors.

What do the green/red lights on the charger mean?

The motor LED flashes red when opening or closing the shades, indicating low battery. The motor LED flashes green when recharging the motor. The motor LED turns solid green when the battery is fully charged.
