• Measurement: For an Inside Mount, ensure a minimum window frame depth of 2.4". Provide the exact measurements of the inside window/door frame without any deductions. The manufacturer will ensure a perfect fit. For an Outside Mount, measure the space to be covered from left to right and top to bottom. Take into account the valance/cassette height. To minimize light leakage, it is recommended to add 6" to both the width and height.
• Made to Order: Customize the motorized window shades' details by clicking the yellow "Customize" button on the page. Custom width options range from 21" to 100", while custom height options range from 10" to 130". An email will be sent to confirm the order details, and the order will proceed if no reply is received within 48 hours. • Service: The automatic shade is pre-programmed before shipping. After installation, it can be directly controlled using the remote. Refer to the manual or contact us for any inquiries; we provide technical support. Each automated shade is customized, so accurate measurements and careful color selection are appreciated. It is advisable to purchase one blind first before customizing blinds for the entire house.
